We've Changed!

Have we? OK, maybe a little bit. We’re certainly prettier on the outside! The graphics change is to show Middle Pillar’s re-focus on our labels and their core group of artists and musicians. This was my intention with the company when we began over ten years ago, and I’m quite happy to have the opportunity to go re-visit that ideal.

In the future www.middlepillar.com will be updated often, (we’re shooting for at least daily!) to provide news and information from Middle Pillar Presents and Hell’s Hundred Records, including new releases, concerts, tours, parties and other events connected to us that might appeal to fans of darkly creative music. We’ll be using this space to promote and highlight many of the worthy titles that we carry. The new site will provide a more timely and efficient means of getting news to you than our bi-weekly email updates. And it still beats sending you mail via carrier pigeons. Besides, they were starting to get all uppity and threaten to go on strike. And the clean up was… well, you can just imagine.

But, you just want to buy CDs!? Hey, we still sell ‘em! Middle Pillar Distribution to will still be operating, though with a reduced selection as some of you may have already noticed. What this means is that while we no longer offer over 4000 titles at all times, our goal is to provide you with the best pricing and service on the items we will continue carrying. We currently have about 1000 titles in stock now, and almost 200 of them are on sale. Much of what we do have is either out of print or will not be restocked, so if there’s something you’ve had your eye on, now may be the time for your purchase!

That’s it for now. Thanks for listening,

-KD

tMitG and Mister Monster at Convergence 11

The Machine in the Garden and Mister Monster performed at Convergence 11 in San Diego, California this past weekend. Mrs. Pillar and myself couldn't make it this year, but I heard it was a blast! The Machine in the Garden has posted some pics at their website if you want to check it out. I hope to have some pics soon.
